Initial Consultation, Design & Quotation
Every project begins with a simple conversation. Whether by phone, email or our online enquiry form, we'll take the time to understand your ideas, requirements and how you plan to use your new outdoor space.
From there, we'll either arrange a site visit or gather the information needed to create an initial bespoke design. You'll have the opportunity to review the design, choose your preferred finishes and request any changes, with revisions made until every detail reflects your vision.
Once the design and specification have been agreed, we'll provide a detailed quotation outlining exactly what's included. If a site survey hasn't already been carried out during the initial consultation, we'll arrange one before construction begins, ensuring every measurement and detail is confirmed for a smooth and efficient build.
Site Survey & Project preparation
Once your quotation has been accepted, we'll carry out a detailed site survey if this hasn't already taken place. We'll confirm all measurements, assess site access, discuss any practical considerations and ensure everything is ready for construction.
This final preparation stage allows us to verify every detail before work begins, ensuring your project runs smoothly from start to finish. We'll also confirm your installation schedule, so you'll know exactly what to expect before we arrive on site.
Project construction
With all planning complete, it's time to bring your project to life. Our experienced team will arrive on site and manage every stage of the build, from the foundations and structural framework through to the installation of external finishes, doors, windows and interior features.
Throughout the construction process, we maintain the highest standards of workmanship while keeping the site as clean and organised as possible. We'll keep you informed of progress every step of the way, ensuring the build is completed efficiently, safely and to the quality you expect from TNL.
Completion & Handover
As your project reaches completion, we carry out a thorough quality inspection to ensure every detail meets our high standards. We then walk you through your new outdoor space, answering any questions and making sure you're completely satisfied with the finished result.
Once everything has been checked and approved, we'll officially hand over your completed project for you to enjoy.
